About the role :
We are looking for dedicated entry-level Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. This role is “the face” of Guardian Data LLC and works across multiple departments to service our clients. This role gives you the opportunity to learn a number of different skills, while making a direct impact on delivering outstanding service to our clients.
Our ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with laptops, desktops, and iPads / tablets
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven team player, with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Ability to travel approximately up to 50% of the time, with overnight stays
- Ability to lift 70 pounds regularly
- Excellent MS Office skills, including MS Teams
