We are seeking a Director, Total Rewards, to lead our compensation, benefits, retirement plans, recognition strategies, payroll, and HRIS (Workday) ensuring every team member feels valued and supported. You will fully immerse yourself in structured problem-solving and data analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized insights and recommendations. As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our HR strategy to support our overall company objectives.
What You'll Do :
- Strategy Sensei - review, develop, and implement total rewards programs that scream "best place to work"; provide guidance on program and policy harmonization during the M&A process to welcome new partners and their teams
- Compensation Commander - lead compensation strategies, ensuring fairness, market competitiveness, and compliance governance; spearhead the compensation review cycles (merit, bonus, equity, commissions)
- Benefits Boss - oversee health, wellness, and retirement programs to drive high value for our teams
- Data Detective - dive deep into analytics to ensure our rewards strategies are driving engagement and retention
- Culture Collaborator - partner with leadership to ensure rewards align with our mission, vision, and values; oversee the communication process of Total Rewards / EVP education and awareness
- Relationship Reinforcer - manage relationships with external vendors, such as benefit providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure we receive the quality service we deserve
- Ladder Leader : maintain the company's job architecture (including ensuring up-to-date role descriptions, establishing career ladders, career paths, and compensation pay levels); align compensation and rewards with the pay-for-performance philosophy, fostering a high-performance culture
- Workday Wizard - advise the Workday HR Operations Team in advancing Workday functionality including releases, prioritizing enhancements, training, and communication

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
