In this role, you’ll drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. Leveraging your expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and data visualization, you will provide leadership with actionable insights to elevate business performance. As a key member of the finance team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and senior management to streamline financial processes, identify growth opportunities, and support high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, working closely with senior management to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to track financial KPIs and business performance.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, strategic investments, and operational decision-making.
- Strategic Financial Analysis: Evaluate cost-saving initiatives, revenue growth strategies, and other financial optimizations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance FP&A processes, automation, and reporting accuracy.
- SQL Reporting: Extract and manipulate financial data from SQL databases to support analysis and reporting needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Ad Hoc Reporting & Projects: Support M&A evaluations, integrations, lender reporting, and investment presentations as needed.
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (based on experience)

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data visualization, DAX).
- Working knowledge of SQL (query writing, data extraction).
- Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data insights to leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience in dental industry or dental service organizations (DSOs).
- Experience in Tableau, Python, or R for financial data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Sage, and/or Microsoft Dynamics).
