Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of fence installation, including working with different materials and tools. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites.
Duties
- Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble fence components accurately.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks for fence post installations.
- Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as needed on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with masonry work as required for specific fence installations.
- Engage in frame carpentry tasks related to fence structures.
- Participate in landscape maintenance and hardscape projects when necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fence installation or related construction fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with masonry and frame carpentry is a plus.
- Experience working on construction sites while adhering to safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
