We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Duties
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with finance teams on general ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable tasks.
- Analyze accounts and provide insights on financial trends affecting HR operations.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts including technical accounting, and account analysis.
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
