Responsibilities

- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence.
- Provide support as a personal assistant when required, ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations and improve customer service experiences.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2 Years of previous administrative experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or dental receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
