We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team of professionals in ensuring fire safety compliance and the installation of top-tier fire safety systems.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Systems PM to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in prospecting, developing client relationships, ESTIMATING, and closing sales in the fire protection industry. Knowledgeable in bidding new construction projects, service, pre-action, and clean agent systems is a bonus and can lead to additional compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits and manage projects as needed to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities for Norred Fire Systems.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Utilize PM software to track projects and stay on budget.
Ideal Candidates:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Construction project management.
- Bilingual is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other prospecting tools.
- Willing to work in an office environment from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM when not doing site visits.
