Sales Representative/Customer Service
We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

- Supports company operations by maintaining customer base
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and department heads
- Keep abreast of best practices, standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Provide customer service excellence with each and every call
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units, continuously improve through feedback
- Prioritize and organize sale calls according
- Providing customers with pricing information and respond to any queries they may have.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiations and communication and skills.
- Ability to answer multiple phone calls in a busy setting
- Ability to read and write in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
