Incentives for Flight Nurses
- Competitive starting salary ranging from $99,000 to $102,000 annually
- 10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments after successfully completing training

We are seeking dedicated Aerial Critical Care Nurses who will provide exceptional direct patient care as per GMR protocols and medical direction. In addition, candidates may be asked to cover open shifts as needed within the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Assess each situation to determine the optimal course of action to monitor and treat critically ill or injured patients.Utilize strong critical thinking skills to manage the details of care for adult or pediatric patients and support physician orders effectively.Ensure a safe, clean, and well-stocked aircraft environment by performing regular equipment checks and adhering to all safety standards.Communicate effectively and collaborate professionally with air and ground teams, dispatch, and partner facilities.Document shift changes properly and maintain accurate records according to company and regulatory standards.Maintain required certifications and engage in ongoing training to excel in this role.Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of three years in an emergency or critical care setting. Flight experience is preferred.Education : Current RN licensure in the relevant states. EMT certification where applicable. Required certifications (AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) must be obtained before flight status, with a trauma certification necessary within 6 months of hire. Advanced certifications (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) are preferred and must be secured within 12 months of hire.Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS / PEPP, and ITLS / PHTLS are advantageous.Physical Requirements
Ideal candidate should reside within an 8-hour radius of Gallup, NM.Candidates must be willing to adjust facial hair as needed to ensure a proper N95 mask fit.Ability to perform the full range of patient care activities requires both gross and fine motor skills.Must be capable of lifting / moving up to 150 pounds with assistance.Visual acuity must include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Flexibility in work schedule is necessary.Why Work with Us?
