We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Wing Pilot to join our team at Guardian Flight. This pilot will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary ranging from $118,517.88 to $130,369.66 per year.
- A $15,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of training and checkride.
- A $40,000 retention bonus after a six-month wait period as part of a three-year program.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fixed Wing Pilot to work with a quality air medical transport service like Guardian Flight. Our team delivers compassionate and high-quality medical care primarily in emergency and patient relocation services.
Responsibilities
- Pilot will work closely with a team of medical experts to ensure safe transportation of patients.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record-keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide shift change information to transitioning pilots and teams, and follow protocols for recording company change board details.
- Ensure ongoing ground and air training to maintain required certifications.
Working Conditions
- Work in outside weather conditions.
- May need to deice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft, and maneuvering in and out of the hangar.
Physical Demands
- Stand, walk, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Assist with loading patients (lifting requirement of 70 pounds).
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
