Job Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assessing patient conditions and developing treatment plans
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A minimum of three years' experience in an emergency or critical care setting
- Current RN licensure in the states served by the assigned area
- EMT Certification in state(s) where required
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications prior to flight status
We offer a competitive salary range of $92,000-$95,000 annually, as well as a sign-on bonus of $10,000 payable in two installments following the end of training. Our 3 days on/6 days off rotation schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance.
