Fixed Wing Pilot Pilatus PC12 Job Description
We are seeking a qualified fixed wing pilot to fly our Pilatus PC12 aircraft and provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This is a 14/14 schedule, with 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
Safety is a key pillar of our services, and all pilots work on a quality, professional team committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Single Engine Land (C-ASEL) required
- Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate
- Valid driver's license
- 2,500 total flight hours
- 2,000 fixed wing hours
- 1,000 PIC hours
- 500 cross country hours
- 100 night hours
- 75 instrument (50 actual) hours
Responsibilities:
- Pilot will work with medical experts to safely transport patients to and from locations and facilities
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation
- Effectively communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
- Provide shift change information to transitioning pilot and team
- Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training
Working Conditions:
- Work in outside weather conditions
- Deice the plane, assist with towing, and maneuver in and out of the hangar
Physical Demands:
- Stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Lift up to 70 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job
