Job Description:
- Collaborate with medical teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
- Maintain a safe and clean aircraft environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with air and ground teams, dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in an emergency or critical care setting.
- Current RN licensure in the states served by the assigned area.
- EMT Certification in state(s) where required.
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification prior to flight status.
Physical Demands:
- Must be willing to shave facial hair (if needed) to fit a N95 mask.
- Must possess gross and fine motor skills necessary for safe and effective patient care.
- Lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance.
