Join Our Team
The Clinical Director is responsible for management of all clinical functions of the facility and treatment services. The Clinical Director is also responsible for providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and directs all activities within the facility in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

Clinical Director Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Masters degree in applicable field
- Fully licensed in Maine (LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, or LMHC)
- Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS)
- Clinical and leadership experience in substance abuse treatment required
Clinical Director Responsibilities
- Execute clinical philosophy in programming through effective clinical curriculum, education, training, and clinical supervision and ensure that staff performance and client experience is consistent with highest standard of care
- Direct management and supervision of Clinical Department including Primary Therapists, Clinical Supervisors, Case Managers, and Group Facilitators
- Oversee the departments compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standards
- Ensure all medical records and other hospital documentation are current and within state and federal laws
- Manages budgets and stays within budgeting allocations and develops cost-effective methods to provide services with effective and efficient staffing
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment.
- Provides a safe and therapeutic environment to all staff and patients.
- Performs other tasks, as assigned.
Pay: $100,000 - 115,000
Schedule: Full time, On Call Rotation
