Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our residential adolescent program. The Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment. This role requires strong leadership, program development skills, and the ability to foster a positive and therapeutic culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and direction for the residential treatment program.
- Supervise and support a team of therapists, case managers, and clinical staff.
- Ensure all services align with best practices, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to adolescents with behavioral health needs.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with medical, educational, and administrative staff to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing and insurance requirements.
- Facilitate staff training, professional development, and clinical supervision.
- Serve as a liaison with families, referral sources, and community partners.
Qualifications
- Required: Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Active California clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in behavioral health, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Preferred: Experience working in adolescent residential treatment settings.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and regulatory compliance.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
