Requirements
- Current RN license in New Hampshire (or compact license)
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership, ideally in behavioral health or addiction treatment
- Knowledge of detox protocols and residential level care
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Passion for recovery-focused care
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations for detox and residential units
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff and ensure clinical excellence
- Coordinate with medical providers on treatment planning and protocols
- Monitor compliance with all regulatory guidelines and documentation standards
- Foster a trauma-informed, patient-centered care environment
- Manage staffing schedules, hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as needed
