Director of Nursing Requirements
- Valid RN license in the state of Maine
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of SUD/MH nursing practices
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation requirements
Director of Nursing Responsibilities
- Providing leadership to the nursing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
- Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals
- Conducting regular assessments of nursing staff performance
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Contributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of nursing staff
- Serving as a liaison between nursing staff and executive leadership
Pay: $100,000-115,000
Schedule: Full time and on call rotation
