Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on mental health services.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a healthcare setting, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve operational objectives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to mental health treatment facilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology platforms.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the mental health treatment facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows and enhance patient experience.
- Manage budgetary and financial activities, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies, to promote collaboration and resource sharing.
- Monitor key performance indicators and outcomes data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and frontline staff, communicating organizational goals, initiatives, and expectations effectively.
Pay: $80,000 - $110,000
