Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Director to lead our outpatient clinic in Macon, GA. The Medical Director will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide medical supervision and direction to clinic staff, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure evidence-based standards of care.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic's adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards.
- Staff Management: Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in managing the clinic's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising patient care quality.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.

- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role within a healthcare setting.
