We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with team.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Provide education and support to patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate care to patients
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with team members
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active and unencumbered RN license in WI or Multistate
- Experience: 2 years
- Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS
Salary : $2,200 - $2,280
