We are currently looking for a dedicated, energetic HVAC Service Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team!
The HVAC Service Dispatch Coordinator will answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service. Contact existing customers for the purpose of scheduling service maintenance appointments or sales appointments for Sales Consultants. Data entry on incoming work orders and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay Scale: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

What You Will Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls
- Making outbound calls
- Dispatching Technicians
- Schedule annual maintenance based on priority
- Scheduling Sales calls
- Prioritize service requests based on customer needs
- Call customers with technician lead times
- Text messaging with customers and documentation
- Working in our cloud-based CSR, we use Field Edge
- Updating customer information and documentation
- 2 years customer service experience
- Previous HVAC dispatching experience desired
- Professional telephone skills
- Experience operating a multi-line phone system
- Advanced customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and technicians
- CRM data base experience - we use Filed Edge
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- High school Diploma or equivalent
Salary : $25 - $28
