Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental health recovery.
- Engage in case management activities, coordinating services and resources for clients to ensure holistic care.
- Collect and analyze research data to contribute to ongoing program development and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within hospital settings to deliver integrated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary services, ensuring they receive the support they need.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques, including psychopharmacology knowledge.
- Experience in geriatrics or working with older adults is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in diagnostic evaluation and case management practices.
- Ability to conduct group therapy sessions effectively, fostering a supportive environment for participants.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $70,909.00 - $77,550.00 per year
