SRG Global is looking for an Environmental Manager to join our team in Morehead, KY!
As an Environmental Manager, the selected individual will play a key role to ensure environmental operational and compliance excellence.
What You Will Do
* Provide transformational leadership, direction, and influence to drive Operations ownership of environmental compliance and achieve the site's environmental objectives
* Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to the site team to deepen individual and collective environmental capability
* Manage compliance of federal, state and local environmental program requirements, including but not limited to air, wastewater, storm water, solid and hazardous waste, SPCC, CERCLA/EPCRA, and TSCA
* Collaborate with business teams, SME's, and legal support to complete all necessary environmental permit applications, and work directly with agency personnel to obtain approval of the permit modifications
* Lead and participate in agency inspections, compliance/enforcement action, and internal audits
* Support the site in meeting environmental objectives and goals by monitoring environmental compliance programs, developing indicators of performance, identifying trends, and evaluate process changes or new equipment installations
* Prepare and submit compliance reports to local, state, and federal agencies which includes technical components and written communication, including Title V reporting
* Keep abreast of newly promulgated state and federal environmental regulations applicable to our manufacturing operations
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental, or related field
* Environmental compliance experience in a manufacturing environment

* Experience with Title V compliance, chemical management and/or large quantity generator activities
