• Warehouse Expertise: Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution centre is a plus.
• Physical Agility: Be physically fit to handle the demands of multi-drop driving and warehouse responsibilities.
• Customer Engagement: Engage confidently with customers, showcasing a friendly, proactive, and "can-do" attitude.
• Team Spirit: Thrive as part of a collaborative team, taking initiative, following instructions, and embracing established processes.
• Tech Proficiency: Basic computer literacy is essential.
• Equipment Skills: While not mandatory, the ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts is desirable (training will be provided).
• Safety First: Demonstrate familiarity with Health and Safety guidelines.
• Driving License: Hold a full UK Driving License.
