Location: Home-based with some expectation of travel nationally where required.

Salary: £50311.15

- National Lead (Qualifications & Standards) Focusing on our portfolio of activity relating to adult social care learning and development standards, qualifications, frameworks, and skills policy, successful post-holders will design, develop and deliver national projects that support the quality, currency, and standardisation of sector learning and development opportunities. This work includes qualification review and development, framework reviews, and assisting with a new approach to update and standardise subject-specific learning opportunities.
- National Lead (Care Workforce Pathway) Focusing on Care Workforce Pathway development and refinement activity. This will involve reviewing existing content, developing new content and role categories, supporting implementation of the pathway, and being involved in its evaluation. This programme will involve working with a range of stakeholders such as government, sector bodies, workforce intermediaries, and employers to promote adult social care learning and development.
