If so, Guardian is seeking an Implementation & QA Specialist to join the Individual Life and Annuity Product, Implementation Team!
Working with a team of professionals, this position completes plans to implement new products, features, and enhancements in Guardian's illustration system on time and in scope to further grow our digital transformation and consumer-centric strategies. You are
- A self-starter who is fueled by collaboration with teammates, product creators, and software developers, and who can transform conceptual thinking into executable insights
- Comfortable collaborating and working in groups, but also able to work independently with limited direction
- Diligent and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and in various stages of completion
- Capable of learning and working in a hybrid environment
- Able to adapt to changing business priorities and environments

Salary Range :
57,810.00 - $86,715.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
