Overview
Guardian Life Insurance Company is looking for a technical lead (Varicent) to join our team and work on Varicent and drive the modernization of a Compensation platform using Varicent on Cloud. Working as part of our team, you will be actively engaged with business partners and developing new functionality. This role requires good design and development knowledge, and great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
You Will :
- Independently performs IT functions such as development, design, analysis, evaluation, and implementation of business applications.
- Drives the process of gathering requirements, analyzing data and automating business processes with software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to developers based in India
- Represent Guardian development team covering PAS and annuity compensation system
- Develop new components including calculations, Presenter reports, webforms, saved Imports etc in Varicent ICM

93,080.00 - $152,915.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
