You will

  • Handle customer requests and process them in our administrative systems.
  • Verify documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of service and administrative functions, including knowledge of complex product features and processing systems
  • Prepare communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding changes, updates, and improvements in customer service processes.
  • Manage customer calls and emails and respond to straightforward requests and inquiries covered by existing procedures.
  • Process written customer correspondence / feedback and provide the appropriate level of follow-up in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex inquiries and issues to senior team members; monitor progress and provide customer with updates.
  • Take ownership of customer experience; empowered to challenge the status quo.
  • Meet and exceed individual performance metrics including average calls per day, adhering to daily schedule, Quality Assurance call scores, client survey scores, etc.

Salary Range:

$41,890.00 - $62,830.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
