The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

Portfolio Analysis & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the data processing team to upload and validate client holdings data accurately.
- Manage the upload of client portfolio files into Morningstar templates to ensure smooth and efficient analysis.
- Prepare detailed, customized portfolio reports to assess asset allocation, equity and fixed income exposures, portfolio risk and adherence to client objectives.
- Work closely with the Lead Portfolio Review Analyst, Research team, and other partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality analyses.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data inputs and portfolio analysis.
- Maintain a robust process for validating and reconciling portfolio data to ensure precision in reporting.
- Troubleshoot data issues, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the data processing team to address and rectify recurring data challenges effectively.
- Select and integrate commentary that aligns with portfolio exposures, ensuring that reporting highlights key insights tailored to client needs.
- Work with partners to refine commentary for consistency, clarity, and relevance to client objectives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to support client decision-making and business development efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to internal partners to address client needs and align portfolios with strategic goals.
- Continuously refine portfolio analysis and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and standard methodologies to drive innovation in portfolio review processes.
- Learning & Development:
- Actively pursue professional growth through training, certification programs, and industry engagement.
- Build expertise in portfolio management, investment analysis, and client-focused reporting.
- A passion for investment analysis and helping clients achieve financial goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex analyses in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience with portfolio analysis tools, particularly Morningstar Direct (preferred).
- A 4-year undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a similar technical field.
- Progress toward the CFA designation or similar certifications (preferred).
- Progress toward the FINRA Series 7 license (preferred)
- Hybrid Schedule - In office three days per week & work from home two days per week.
