Overview
The Guardian Enterprise Security performs cybersecurity protection service functions for the organization & operates a broad variety of cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies, manages identity and access management, responds to and investigates cyber threat alerts, cyber security engineering, initial cyber incident response support and monitors for anomalous activity in the environment. Reporting to the Chief Technology Security Officer, the position will provide first line delivery management activities, monitor budget, & tracks/monitors quality to operate the cybersecurity strategy for the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
$116,350.00 - $191,155.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

Required Qualifications
- Critical thinker with an ability & passion to learn, execute, and deliver.
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in managing programs, coordinating security control delivery of activities
- Strong understanding of security architecture, engineering, operating, troubleshooting, and design principles.
- Understanding of security programs (Identity Access Management, Data Loss Protection, Security Operations, Cyber Defense, Cyber Threat Management, Cyber Response, Security Engineering)
- Experience in partnering, planning, coordinating, implementing, and delivering with high-performing cybersecurity service teams.
- Track record of managing & reporting on large enterprise initiatives effectively over global workforce.
- Strong experience in coordinating delivery with operation and engineering teams.
- Experience in building and collaborating with multiple cross functional teams.
- Strong people management skills & personable.
- Excellent organizational skills, highly detail-oriented, strong on workflow process; ability to manage and follow up on multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to manage through ambiguity & ability to learn and understand technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills,
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or other STEM discipline;
- Master's degree in Business is a plus.
- Three days a week at a Guardian location in New York, NY, Bethlehem, PA, Holmdel, NJ or Stamford, CT.
