The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing the HR Team who provides support to the agency. The HR Director is responsible for overseeing workforce planning and employment; personnel training & development; contractual requirements and tracking; payroll & verifications; audits; and administering compensation and benefit packages. Additionally, this position will also collaborate with the Admin Team regarding status changes, disciplinary actions, terminations, succession planning and performance evaluations. The HR Director is also responsible for monthly reporting; implementing human resources policies and procedures; remaining current and complying with labor legislation; and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning & Employment: oversee onboarding and orientation.
- Contractual Requirements & Tracking: oversee required background checks, trainings, and transportation documentation.
- Payroll & Verifications: oversees employee setup in HR System, to include benefits and garnishments. Is responsible for assisting with payroll and PTO verification.
- Auditing: coordinates and oversees quarterly personnel file audits; collaborates and assists with all other audits.
- Succession Planning & Performance Evals: assists administration in succession planning and with performance evaluation needs.
- Compensation & Benefits: responsible for administering all compensation and benefit programs; open enrollment; incident reports; and workers compensation claims
- Reporting: responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual assessment reports
- Disciplinary Actions: collaborates with the Admin Team regarding all employee resignations, terminations, investigations and disciplinary actions.
- Policies, Procedures, and Employment Laws: responsible for implementing human resources policies and procedures; and remaining current and complying with labor legislation
- Employment Relations: oversees requests from Dept of Labor, Unemployment, and other agencies to ensure they are responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Other Duties as assigned.
Starting Pay $65,000 - 75,000 Annually

Experience and/or Education
- At least three years of Human Resources work experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources required, Master’s degree highly preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
