Job Summary
Guardian Litigation Group is a national consumer law firm specializing in debtor rights, bankruptcy, and estate planning. We are pursuing a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various channels. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking to effectively reach target audiences and support overall business objectives or projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement effective tactics to attract potential customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Assist in the implementation of Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Perform scheduled optimizations and A/B testing for Google Ads Campaigns.
- Monitor campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to shape future marketing strategies and provide insights for optimization
- Develop original blog, e-mail, social and sales content as well as content aligned with SEO and conversion driven best practices.
- Responsible for uploading and publishing blog content in a WordPress site.
- Responsible for updating webpage content in a WordPress site.
- Assist in developing and implementing client retention strategies and programs
- Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions, proposing new ideas for design and content initiatives that drive brand engagement.
- Provide marketing support for the firm as needed for internal projects.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, WordPress, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing Tools.
- Outstanding copywriting skills for advertising, email campaigns, and content creation
- Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies, adjust to market changes, and manage multiple priorities
- Understanding of lead generation and customer retention strategies.
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multitask under minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail.
