Here's what you'll do:
- Provide exceptional support to our associate attorney by handling a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing, to answer questions and ensure a smooth experience.
- Manage client information within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with case preparation by gathering and reviewing documents.
- Maintain a well-organized case file system to reflect case progress.
- Schedule appointments and manage the attorney's calendar.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Here's what you'll need to bring to the table:
- Have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field (or actively pursuing one).
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Be a clear and concise communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 1-2 years of experience as a case manager or in the legal field.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and case preparation procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience using legal research tools.
