Job Description
Build Relationships and Help Generate New Business
No cold calling. Pre-Qualified Leads Provided
Lucrative Bonus program and incentives for actively supporting our outside sales staff by setting valuable appointments and rehashing active customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to set appointments for sales consultations.
- Utilize scripts to communicate the value proposition of our products or services effectively.
- Manage and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand targets and continually refine calling strategies.
- Achieve monthly targets for appointments set and maintain high conversion rates.
- Handle client objections professionally and use established techniques to persuade potential clients to agree to appointments.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
- Call completed jobs customers to answer questions about the experience and ask them for a review and referral.
- Work together with other Customer Service agents and provide backup to each other for off day
Requirements :
While helpful, knowledge of building, construction, architecture, or design is beneficial, but not required as we can provide any training that you need.
