Role Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in the aerospace industry. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling enclosures, building wire harnesses, connecting electrical components, and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics. This position is based on-site, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some overtime opportunities available. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and capable of working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in assembling enclosures and wire harnesses, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Strong understanding of electrical components and their connections.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using standard assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, as required for working with aerospace projects.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 Specialist Certification (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations (preferred).
- Experience with quality control processes for electrical and mechanical assemblies (preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus.
