What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Specialist / Technician position at Guardian Pest Control?
We are looking for an applicant who is currently working with a good track record of commitment to a current job and the same past employment history. Reliable, Responsible and willing to work. We offer full time paid training which will launch you into a career that you can have until you retire. Employees with us have over 20 years of experience and are still going strong. This is an industry that will always be around, meaning you will always have a paycheck !! There will always be pest.
You will be reporting to our office in Griffith Indiana at 7 am, supply your truck with materials for your daily route and go out to service homes and businesses in the NWI and Chicagoland area. After training you will receive a production commission of every job you bring in !! So although the really ad states 15 per hour, this is the only option to choose with really. Average first year earning for a route tech are over 40k per year ! Well over 20 per hour.
