Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator 

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to work alongside the Director of Human Resources.   Assisting with daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for administrative tasks, supporting the recruiting and onboarding of event staff, and maintaining recruiting resources. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Human Resources and Recruiting office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain recruiting supplies inventory by checking stock, placing orders, and verifying receipts.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company recruiting events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain records and files in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and positive work environment for all employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Human Resources Administrator, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budget management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
