We’re looking for a passionate Group Facilitator who loves using art and music therapy to help others heal. You’ll lead therapeutic groups that inspire self-expression, emotional growth, and connection—all within our welcoming Princeton facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field (Master’s a plus)
• Experience facilitating groups, ideally in behavioral health or recovery
• Passion for art, music, or creative therapy modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily or weekly art/music-focused therapy groups
• Create engaging, trauma-informed group content
• Encourage self-expression and emotional processing through creativity
• Collaborate with clinical team on treatment planning
• Document group sessions and progress in electronic health records
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and therapeutic group atmosphere

Location: Monmouth Junction, NJ

Pay: $80-120 per group
