Fire Life Safety Director_ The Falchi Building (Mon - Fri 7am - 3pm & 8am - 4pm
Guardian Service Industries is hiring for FLSD positions in Queens
MUST HAVE SUPERVISER EXPERIANCE.
This position will be a Full time position with opportunity for permanent employment at one of our locations when it becomes available.
Some of the responsibilities include :
Manning the command station as well as the lobby desk
Ensuring visitors are signing in
Greeting employees, visitors, vendors etc.
Directing lobby traffic
Maintain surveillance and reporting of any suspicious persons and / or packages.
Making announcements
Responding to alarms (supervisory, trouble and fire)
Carrying out EAP and fire plans when necessary
Qualifications :
Current NY security license
Current F89 license or T89 license
Current Z89 (May be acceptable if combined with 3 security experience)
1 year FLSD experience
License / Certification :
F89 License & Z89 (Preferred)
Work Location : One location
