Client Champion Manage a caseload of resolution and tax prep files, assisting clients with documentation and follow-ups.

Efficiency Star Handle a caseload of 200-300 clients while maintaining excellent customer service and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Results-Driven Closer Target at least 15 case closures per month, with a focus on proactive client engagement (minimum of 2 hours of daily talk time, 3-4 hours preferred).
What We're Looking For:
