What You’ll Be Doing 🎯

✅ Prepare Individual & Business Tax Returns – Ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth processing. (Business tax experience is a plus but not required!)
✅ Stay Organized & Efficient – Manage multiple returns with precision and attention to detail.
✅ Client Communication – Guide clients through the tax prep process and ensure all paperwork is in order.
✅ Problem-Solving Pro – Analyze tax information, ask the right questions, and troubleshoot common tax scenarios.
✅ Earn More! – Hit performance goals and score up to $800/month in bonuses!

What You Bring to the Table 🏆

🔹 CTEC & PTIN Required – Non-negotiable!
🔹 2 Years of Tax Preparation Experience – Some experience with business returns is a plus.
🔹 Knowledge of Schedules A, B, C, and D – You know the basics and are ready to build on them.
🔹 Amended Returns & PRO-Series Tax Software Experience – A great asset to have!
🔹 Bookkeeping & Accounting Knowledge? Even better!
🔹 Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with tax software & troubleshooting common issues.
🔹 Strong Communication Skills – Clear, professional, and client-focused.
