Client Care Representative – Brewster Animal Hospital

What You’ll Do:
As a Client Care Representative, you’ll be the bridge between pet owners and our veterinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
Answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and care
Processing payments and invoices
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
Helping create a welcoming and efficient front desk environment
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional demeanor in person and over the phone
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Previous experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer service setting is a plus
Comfort working with computers and veterinary management software (we’re happy to train!)
A love for animals and a desire to support pet owners with compassion
