The HR and Talent Acquisition Partner is a key member of the Human Resources Team responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies. The partner acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates to fill open positions. The partner will ensure a positive candidate experience and align hiring practices with the company’s overall talent needs and business goals by identifying and attracting top talent through proactive sourcing and strategic recruitment methods.

Physical demands: The physical demands of the job include sitting for extended periods, walking, and standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs.
Position type and expected hours of work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Typical work hours are Monday-Friday, 40 or more hours per week. Some job activities may be required outside of typical workdays/hours. Overtime may be expected during peak periods.
Travel: May require some local or regional travel
Required education and experience: Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred education and experience: Master’s degree preferred or relevant experience.

Essential Functions
- Actively source qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial phone screens and pre-interview assessments to identify potential candidates who meet job requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and role expectations
- Guide recruitment strategies, market trends, and best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, including behavioral and skill-based questions.
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process including timely communication and feedback
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and conversion rates.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement, suggesting adjustments to sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Ability to create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Actively support other activities within the HR Department
