Guava Cleaning is seeking responsible and hard working cleaning professionals to join our growing team. Candidates in this role will perform deep and thorough cleaning services in various environments, providing exceptional customer service and the highest quality of service. This role requires strong work ethic, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work well both independently as well as on a team.

As an independent contractor, you tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We regularly send you cleaning jobs based on what you ask for. Full time or part time is okay. We take care of advertising, estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of just the cleaning, and earn $20-24 per cleaning hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform deep cleaning services both residentially and commercially
• Perform standard cleaning services both residentially and commercially
• Assess each job and document before/after photos
• Communicate with clients and confirm expectations
• Thoroughly complete assigned jobs and complete job checklists
• Maintain supplies and equipment in proper working order
• Cautiously care for all keys, codes, and client confidentiality

Requirements:

• A working and reliable vehicle for transportation, and a valid driver’s license
• Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• 1-2 minimum of professional cleaning experience
• 3 professional references
• Speak English (conversational okay)
• Physically able to perform repetitive and demanding cleaning tasks (stand, bend, lift), and lift up to 40 lbs
• General liability insurance - must carry a valid policy or secure before starting
• Workers Compensation - must carry a valid policy or complete a waiver before starting
• Working smart phone for GPS & job communication

• Expertise in cleaning products, tools, and processes to efficiently meet expectations and deadlines

• A positive attitude and honesty in all interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 30 per week
