Are you a detail-oriented, data-savvy professional passionate about driving strategic financial decisions? Join our dynamic team as a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization. You'll report to the Sr. Manager, FP&A and are expected to work from our Venice, CA office 2-3 times a week, offering the perfect blend of in-office collaboration and flexibility.

The pay range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors; actual pay offered may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Sales commissions and/or variable pay plans are also offered depending on the position (ex: monthly, quarterly, annual bonuses). How You’ll Help
- Analyze financial performance, focusing on profitability, trends, costs, and budget adherence.
- Create and deliver actionable reports and presentations to management, offering insights and recommendations.
- Develop advanced financial models using your expert-level Excel skills to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist with forecasting operational and profitability performance to guide business planning.
- Evaluate operational costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Collaborate on setting annual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets to align with company objectives.
- Provide regular updates and ad hoc reports to senior leadership.
- Support the establishment of departmental goals, policies, and procedures to drive success.
- Tackle ad hoc projects with precision and deliver results on time.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration with 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis or similar role.
- Experience in public accounting audit, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or the beverage industry.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel skills with a knack for creating innovative solutions; you’re the team’s go-to for tech and data challenges.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter Attitude: Thrive with minimal supervision, managing tasks and time efficiently.
- Presentation Proficiency: Confidently convey complex information in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work seamlessly across teams with a highly collaborative approach.
