The Events & Sampling Specialist supports the execution of local and national field efforts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals. This role focuses on assisting the Events Manager in planning and executing events, sampling programs, and ambassador initiatives while managing day-to-day operations, logistics, and data collection. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences that engage new consumers and grow awareness of Guayaki Yerba Mate.
How you'll help : Events
- Coordinate logistics for local and national events, including vendor management, scheduling, and on-site setup.
- Assist in the development of event objectives and ensure premium execution at each activation.
- Work with the manager to identify and secure partnerships with relevant event organizers and venues.
- Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and messaging.

The pay range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors; actual pay offered may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Sales commissions and / or variable pay plans are also offered depending on the position (ex : monthly, quarterly, annual bonuses).
