- Build and grow the account with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Lead hospitality services to create an exceptional experience for guests, clients, and employees
- Manage daily site hospitality operations, including reception, concierge services, and guest relations
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, catering, housekeeping, and other services
- Plan and execute on-site events and workplace experiences
- Ensure timely execution of workplace experience initiatives
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Address and resolve client concerns in a professional manner
- Foster a culture of customer service and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with ServSafe and HACCP programs and standards
- Build and lead effective teams with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to anticipate client needs and exceed expectations
- Solve customer complaints or issues proactively
- Adapt and pivot in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Be knowledgeable on current hospitality and food industry trends
- Follow all food safety regulations and best practices
- Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and operational functions
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

- Minimum 3 years of general management experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of 20 employees
- Knowledge of workplace safety, ServSafe certification preferred
- Experience in a corporate dining or high-end hospitality setting is ideal
- Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Train staff to maintain high standards of service and customer engagement
- Ensure a safe and inspiring workplace experience for employees and guests
- Provide high-quality, cost-effective food service that aligns with core program expectations
- Develop and implement hospitality programs and attractive menus
- Hire, train, and supervise staff in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, including NSF and HACCP guidelines
- Implement operational improvements based on client and customer feedback
- Lead procurement, inventory control, and supply chain processes
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet

Salary : $84,000 - $90,000
