We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with their inquiries, facilitate product demonstrations, and promote our services effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring all questions are answered accurately and promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate members about our offerings.
- Process transactions efficiently using the POS system while maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall member experience.
- Utilize basic math skills to assist with retail math calculations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote a positive atmosphere for members.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, banking, financing, and / or accounting is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with members effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Basic math skills are required for transaction processing and retail calculations.
