Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape technician and Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with running heavy equipment, working with hardscape products, mowing with a walk behind mower, etc. This role involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape maintenance, requiring both physical stamina and mechanical knowledge.
Duties
- Perform regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
- Execute groundskeeping tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance garden aesthetics.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively for various landscaping projects.
- Maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or flowers as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all lawn care equipment and tools to guarantee optimal performance.
- Assess the health of plants and lawns, providing recommendations for care or treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
Qualifications for Lawn Care Technician:
- Previous experience operating walk behind mowers, trimmers, blowers and small hand held equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina.
- Familiarity with gardening techniques and groundskeeping practices is beneficial.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Qualifications for Landscape Technician:
- Experience operating skid loaders, small excavators, concrete saws, etc.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina.
- Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
- Must have experience installing paver patios and retaining walls

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
