We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Specialist for our Interventional Imaging division. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our products to hospitals and private clinics within your region. You will collaborate with National Accounts and the clinical support team to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional service to our clients. This position is for our Chicago area sales territory.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling our products to hospitals and private clinics within your region. You will collaborate with National Accounts and the clinical support team to achieve financial goals and provide exceptional service to our clients. This position is for our Chicago area sales territory.
Your Role
- Meet or exceed financial goals for the region by promoting, demonstrating, and selling Interventional Imaging products.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with National Account Teams for contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with customer service teams for order pull-through.
- Strategically plan and organize the region to maximize sales.
- Utilize Sales Force CRM for targeting and account management.
- Provide technical and clinical applications expertise in the field.
- Participate in national, state, and regional congresses routinely.
- Understand client relationships with physicians and their needs.
- Travel overnight and work flexible hours as required.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Medical Science. MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience selling wire and catheter-based products to clinical staff and doctors within Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endovascular, and Vascular disciplines.
- Deep relationships with access to Interventional Radiology clinicians.
- Familiarity with oncology therapeutics preferred.
- Strong knowledge of regional hospital systems and clinics.
- Experience developing and implementing regional business plans.
- Experience managing budgets and expenses.
- Strong clinical and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to teamwork and organizational goals.
- Customer service focus with a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Sales Force CRM.
- Ability to positively receive and respond to feedback.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
